&#8226 CAPPERS Lane Farm, Spurstow, near Tarporley, will go under the hammer with Wright Manley on July 5.

The Cheshire holding comes with a 7-bedroomed house which, including 10 acres of land, is guided at £600,000. A 37-acre parcel of adjoining accommodation land is available for around £3000-5000/acre.

&#8226 EAST-SUSSEX agent Watsons is selling 18 acres of IACS-registered arable land at Ticehurst, overlooking Bewl Water.

Agent Nick Young says the plot, which is split into 12 and six acre parcels, is extremely picturesque and should appeal to an amenity buyer. This reflected in the guide price which works out at £5000/acre.

&#8226 A 410-acre Worcestershire holding is on the market with Williams Parry Richards.

Pakington Farm, Doverdale, Droitwich, includes a large 20th century dwelling, and 303 acres, suitable for potatoes and sugar beet, are registered for arable aid. Grants are also received under the farm woodland scheme and the asking price is in the region of £1.6m.

&#8226 Tilhill Forestry is marketing 668 acres of established conifers in the Lammermuir Hills near Edinburgh.

The plantation, which was established between 1984 and 1989, mainly comprises Sitka spruce, but also includes smaller areas of mixed conifers and broadleaves.
