Internet company saddles up

AN INTERNET-BASED farmers market has pledged to saddle up and deliver orders by horseback if the fuel crisis continues.

David Rose of Farmshop.net directory says he has been talking to farmers across the country about the possibility of setting up a pony express.

Mr Rose said: We fully support the farmers protesting against the fuel prices, and by hoof or by truck we will deliver.
