Lairds’ chairman profiled

ANDREW Dingwall-Fordyce, the convener (chairman) of the Scottish Landowners Federation, is interviewed by The Herald today (Monday).

He accepts most of what has been outlined for Scottish land reform by the current government, although he says there is little public support for it.

Mr Dingwall-Fordyce is also critical of some recent examples of bad land management, for example at Carbeth and Knoydart.
