Leaking slurry poisons Tamar fish
FARM slurry leaking into the River Tamar between Devon and Cornwall has caused the deaths of thousands of salmon and trout in the river.
The source of the contamination was traced to a farm on the banks of the river.
The owner may face severe penalties for allegedly allowing about 10,000 gallons of slurry into the river.
