Link-up to help SSSIs

ENGLISH Nature and the NFU will have closer working links in the coming years following an agreement which both organisations believe will encourage positive environmental management of Sites of Special Scientific Interest.

The agreement sets out proposals for pilot focus groups of farmers and English Nature staff, as well as regular meetings between staff of both organisations at both local and national level.
