New Sulky drill model
A NEW version of the Sulky pneumatic drill is now available from UK importer and distributor Rustons Engineering. The tractor-mounted MP3 and the larger MP4 have working widths of 3m and 4m and both are designed to work in conjunction with a powerharrow or other cultivator unit.
Seed capacity is 750 litres with seed metered through peg wheels, each supplying a single coulter. Coulter choice extends to conventional Suffolk or the Sulky Unidisc, the latter recommended for sowing in trashy soils.
Options include electronic tramlining and rear harrows with straight or levelling tines. Price of the MP3 starts at £7575. *
