Now Cadbury abandons GMs
THE chocolate giant Cadbury has become the latest food company to announce it will no longer use genetically modified ingredients in its products.
The company said it was now buying soya lecithin, an emulsifier used in chocolate making, from conventionally grown crops in Europe.
Cadburys announcement follows similar decision made by Tesco, Unilever and Nestlé; this week.
