Pigmeat ads are misguided
THE BPEX ads are misguided- why should we be doing the work of the veggie presure groups for them?
The general thrust of the campaign is correct in bringing the facts of worldwide production methods to the attention of the general public.
But that same general public seems unable when actually making their weekly shop to differentiate between the bad practices and questionable husbandry of some overseas producers and the home-grown talent.
These adverts are the nuclear bombs that the pig industry does not need. We need Exocet missiles, not mass destruction.
Fine tuning is needed before the damage is irrepairable.
