Sheep research group looks for 5m
REGEN Therapeutics is looking to raise 5m to fund further research into
its development of colostrinin, a drug derived from sheeps milk shown to be
useful in treating Alzheimers disease.
The money will come through a move from Ofex, the unregulated trading
facility for small companies, to Aim.
Just over a year ago the company raised 1.5m through a placing on Ofex.
This time it is planning a placing and open offer on Aim to raise between
3m and 5m in order to finance further trials.
The company has yet to make any money, but the potential market is large.
