Sugars not Boliviass only crop

I CAN understand to some extent Timothy Painters views from Bolivia on having cheap sugar dumped into your country from Europe and affecting your farmers.

What other country in the world allows their farmers to grow cocaine and other drugs to support their businesses?

I am fully aware that Bolivia is one of the largest nations for producing Illegal drugs because my father used to
work for HM Customs and Excise in the UK and he was informed on good authority that farming in Bolivia was well supported through Illegal drug manufacturing.

So in response – that your countrys farmers require extra
income for sugar is a joke!
