There are no public rights of way across the land as far as are known.

Access: Access to the land is off the road leading from Kitterford Cross to Avonwick and then by means of a right of way over a short section of the driveway to the farm. There is also another right of way to allow the buyer access from the north-western block of land to the main block of land.
Basic Payment Scheme: The land is registered with the Rural Payments Agency for the Basic Payment Scheme. A claim has been made and will be retained by the current owner for 2020.
Restrictions: The land is being sold subject to the following restrictions:
1. No dwellings or agricultural buildings are permitted to be erected on the land. Buildings
on skids would be permitted.
2. The land may be used for agricultural, equestrian purposes or other uses provided it will not affect the neighbouring property, and must not affect the quiet enjoyment of the farm.
