Planning – On 18/10/2018, under planning reference 1/0256/2017/FULM, Torridge District Council granted planning permission for “New
development comprising of 58 holiday units, a Reception Building (admin, swimming pool, etc.) & associated infrastructure to replace the existing Caravan Park at Knapp House”.
