Directions

From the M54 get off at Junction 2 and take the A449 towards Stafford. After approximately 1 mile, take the third exit at the first roundabout onto Brewood Road. Follow Brewood Road for approximately 300 metres and then turn left at the T junction. Continue along Old Stafford Road for approximately 200 metres where New Road and the land will be on your right hand side. The lot is marked by a For Sale board just off the roadside.
