Basic Payment Scheme
BPS entitlements will be allocated to the ingoing tenants for claiming in 2020. They will be leased to the incoming tenant at no additional cost for the term of the tenancy. At the end of the tenancy, they will revert to the landlord.
A Farm Business Tenancy will be created for a fixed term of 5 years. Early entry may be arranged by agreement with the landlord and entirely at the risk of the incoming tenant. Any costs will be paid by the incoming tenant.
This will be for a fixed term. The rent will be payable quarterly in advance on the 29th September, 25th December, 25th March and 24th June with the first payment to be paid on the date of the lease to the last day of that quarter. Please note VAT will be payable on the rent.
Insurance and Repair
The lease will be a full repair and insuring lease where the costs of all repairs and insurance are borne by the tenant. A photographic schedule of condition will be taken prior to commencement of the term and this will be annexed to the lease.

The property benefits from mains water connection. An annual contribution of £250 per quarter will be payable (in addition to the rent) in advance for its use.
