The Land at East Nether Blelock is situated in rolling countryside to the west of the village of Bankfoot and about 9 miles to the north of Perth. The land is located within a highly productive area which supports thriving arable and livestock farming enterprises and is well served by agricultural merchants and a successful local machinery ring.
The land extends to about 43.43 acres in total and is classified as Grade 3(1) by the James Hutton Institute. Predominantly south facing, the land has a gently sloping aspect and ranges from about 65 metres to 90 metres above sea level, and is suitable for the production of a wide range of arable crops.
