From Perth take the A90 for 10 miles towards Dundee. Exit the A90 at the Inchmichael exit and cross back over the A90 towards Errol. Go straight over the roundabout and after approximately 2 miles turn left at the T junction towards Grange. The land is on your left after about 1 mile.
Leaving Dundee, take the A90 towards Perth for about 6 miles. Take the slip road at the Inchmichael exit. At the roundabout take the first exit towards Errol. From here, follow the directions as above.
