Wanted – to lease or buy, a small holding or farm yard with 3 to 4 acres for use as a plant training centre.
We are a business, established 18 years, that needs to relocate due to the redevelopment of our existing site.
Our requirements are:
- access to water electricity / ability to put in broadband
- buildings to convert into offices and training rooms or the ability to put in modular building
- a hard standing area approx. 30m x 30m
- no overhead pylons or gas / water pipelines
- our business requires B2 planning permission
Our business does not involve importing or processing materials. We work office hours including Saturdays. We are Lantra, CPCS and NPORS accredited
