Heating is provided by a Twin Heat woodchip boiler, with additional gas and oil boilers in each shed. The sheds are serviced by four 18 tonne bulk feed bins. The property operates on mains electricity with automatic backup generators. Additionally there are solar panels installed on the shed roofs supplying to 25kw per day. In addition to the two sheds, there is an open plan pole barn, used as a vehicle and part store. Located at the entrance of the farm lies Middle Farm farmhouse. Built 7 years ago to accommodate site staff, the house has 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 1 ensuite. The house is subject to an (AOC).
