Farmers Apprentice

Launched in 2014, Farmers Apprentice is Farmers Weekly’s dynamic response to the urgent need for fresh talent in agriculture. With a focus on attracting bright, driven minds from all walks of life, the program provides a unique opportunity for young people to kick-start their careers in farming and business.

Each series, ten exceptional apprentices, each bringing a unique set of skills and passions for agriculture, are selected to compete in the Farmers Apprentice Bootcamp. They tackle a range of demanding challenges designed to test their business savvy, creativity, and resilience, all while striving to make their mark in the world of farming.
