Teachers and administrators can make group bookings on behalf of their students through the free registration page by selecting Advisor (teacher, lecturer, other) attending with a group and adding how many people are in your group.
There is also an opportunity to claim back monies towards the cost of travel on coach bookings.
Colleges & University groups travelling to Ag Careers Live
Ag Careers Live welcomes groups travelling from colleges and universities travelling to the event. Each college or university can claim back monies towards the cost of travel to the event.
To claim, you must email the refunds administrator detailing the following:
- University/College your group is from
- Number of people that will be travelling in your group
- First and last name of each person travelling in your group
After the event, please scan and send your receipts to:
Terms & Conditions:
- Refunds will be given after the event has taken place
- Groups are responsible for their own coach bookings
- The dates on all receipts must be appropriate to the date of visit to the event
- Organisers will accept refunds sent up to 17.00, 3 weeks after the event was held (11 December 2019). Therafter no refunds will be accepted.
