Twitter round-up: UK growers enjoy fine weather

This year has been very challenging for growers across the UK so far, as the soggy start played havoc with the the spring drilling season, creating a substantial backlog of work for many.

Thankfully, the recent warm temperatures and glorious sunshine experienced both north and south of the border has allowed crops to hit the ground running, with the morale across the country far more positive than two months ago.

With cereals in the ground and cattle now out to grass, the extensive workload has begun to ease. We take a look at the tweets to have surfaced in the past few days, as the attention of growers turn elsewhere.
