Tundra winter beans
Treating winter beans more like wheat and getting good establishment using a home-made sub-soiler drill is helping one Suffolk grower to achieve high yields consistently. Beans are a valuable break crop at Crawley Hall Farm, where Charles Mathieson manages 220ha of cropping.
