Deadline nears for recording antibiotics use on eMB-Pigs
© Tim Scrivener Pig producers are reminded that the deadline for recording antibiotics use data for the first quarter of 2018 is fast approaching.
The information, accounting for the total amount of antibiotics used, including in feed, must be uploaded to the electronic medicine book for pigs (eMB-Pigs) by 12 May.
All Red Tractor Pork members have been required to record this quarterly antibiotics information since 11 November 2017.
Data must be submitted within six weeks of the end of each quarter – the current deadline is six weeks from 31 March.
Failure to do so will result in non-compliance with Red Tractor.
