1997 forage prize

WINNER of the BOCM Pauls 1997 national forage award is Hants producer Andrew Humphrey, Lodge Farm, Fareham. The winning grass silage was analysed at 31.3% dry matter, 11.9 ME, 15.9% crude protein, 71.1 D-value. Runner-up was Dorset producer David Chaloner.

First prize in the BOCM Pauls Premier Breeder Award goes to the Jones family, Welshpool, Powys. &#42
