Twenty five Young Farmers from Shropshire are setting off tomorrow to cycle the 115 miles to the organisation's convention in Blackpool.

The team will leave the HQ in Shrewsbury, staying overnight in Haycock before completing the journey and arriving at the seaside town on Thursday.

They're expecting to raise thousands of £s for charity, with the Motor Neurone Disease Association, Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Severn Hospice benefiting from their efforts.

They will be greeted by the National YFC president Lionel Hill, and national chief executive James Eckley.

Anyone interested in sponsoring the group's charity cycle can ring the YFC's County Office on 01743 254689.
