Spread-A-Bale, after being handled and marketed under licence by a number of companies, is now back under the control of its originator.
And to mark its homecoming, there is now a new model available that can be used with tractor loaders.
The mini model is designed to handle round bales with diameters of up to 1.5m and complements a range that includes versions to handle round and square bales such as 4x4 Hesston and 2m diameter round bales.
Updates include a new design of hydraulic system that manages its powerflow between the various hydraulic functions.
The unit's twin shredding system is as before, with the company stressing that straw is not chopped and the amount of dust created is minimal.
Price of the mini Spread-A-Bale is listed at £9,343.
