Alan Mundie has been appointed head miller feed supplement manufacturer working out of the company's Woolfox Lodge production site near Oakham, Rutland.
Ufac-UK manufacturers energy, protein and omega 3 supplements for dairy cattle, pigs and poultry.
Mr Mundie will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved, quality of products is maintained and goods are despatched on time.
A vital part of his job will be ensuring the smooth operation of the mill through the servicing, maintenance and repair of mill equipment - a job he is experienced in as he has spent the last 18 years as an electrical and mechanical engineer with a generator company.
