Both models employ hydraulically-driven bed chains to bring the bale into the shredder unit before the straw or silage is ejected using the 1.65m diameter fan.
Straw can be spread up to a distance of 20m. The 1005 has a 6.0 cu m capacity and employs a single shredder while the larger 1010 has 9.0 cu m capacity - sufficient to hold two full size Hesston bales, says Teagle.
The specification for each includes electric controls and self-loading tailgate. Prices are £20,750 and £23,450 respectively.
