Ellie Leech scooped the prestigious Member of the Year Award.
The 24-year-old from Harmston in Lincolnshire took the honours, with Sam Davy from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, and Sarah Wells from Herefordshire taking second and third prizes respectively.
“Being in the YFC helps improve your communication skills, it builds your confidence and you make so many friends,” said a delighted Ellie, who joined the movement when she 15.
“Everything about Young Farmers is fun and there’s never a dull moment,” she added.
