Landini Tractor Range
The most recent changes to the Landini tractor range concern the introduction of a revised 7-Series line-up featuring engines with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) emissions control for the first time.
Five models replace the six offered previously, with the three ‘small frame’ machines gaining some additional power for draft work, with bigger increases for transport and pto operations when the ‘power management’ system engages. The two ‘big frame’ models also get increased power, reaching 232hp on the 7-235 for transport work.
In the cab, a roof window displaces the heater/aircon unit to let more light into the four-post structure and giving upward visibility for loader work.
The 5-H Series introduced in 2010 has gained a 110hp version of the Perkins four-cylinder engine and ‘family look’ bonnet styling, while the Powermondial range continues to be headed by the ‘120’ model with 112/121hp engine output.
Electronic common rail fuel injection provides the ‘power boost' for pto and transport work and lower revs when running at 40kph. Power brakes and higher output hydraulics also feature.
