Get your Open Farm Sunday pictures in Farmers Weekly

If you’re holding or helping out at an Open Farm Sunday event this weekend, we want to see your pictures.

More farms than ever are registered to open their gates for this year’s Open Farm Sunday event (17 June) to showcase the best of British agriculture to the general public.

We’ll be publishing a selection of photos from events up and down the country on FWi, and in the 22 June issue of the magazine, so we’d love to see yours.

If you’re one of the 400-plus UK farmers getting involved, why not take some pictures â€“ whether it’s of a farm walk, a tractor ride, a nature trail or a farmers’ market.

We’ll be choosing a selection of your best shots to feature on the ‘Farming Through A Lens’ page in next Friday’s magazine, so we’d need them by Tuesday 19 June to consider them for publication.

You don’t need to resize photos before you submit them, and they can capture any aspect of the day â€“ crowds, kids, animals, live demonstrations or just general fun on the farm.

Don’t forget to include your name and a line or two of details about where the picture was taken as we want to make sure you get a name-check if your picture is used.

How to send us your OFS photos

1. Upload them directly to our designated website gallery. All you do is click the “add picture” option in the “My Tasks” box on the right-hand side and follow the instructions to upload the picture(s) from your computer. (You’ll need to register with FWi, if you haven’t already done so, but this only takes a few seconds).

2. Email us at fwfarmlife@rbi.co.uk
