New managing director at Hy-Line UK International

Andrew Jackson has been appointed managing director of laying company Hy-Line UK International Ltd, a subsidiary of Hy-Line International.

In his new role, he will be responsible for operations, sales, and technical services. The firm supplies parent stock to countries all around the world.

Mr Jackson joins from Pig Improvement Company where, as technical director, he was responsible for supporting their pig breeding business across Europe. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the animal breeding industry.

He said: “I’m looking forward to beginning work with the rest of the team, as we seek to drive our supply business across the globe.”

Mr Jackson replaces previous managing director Jonathan Cade, who became president of Hy-Line International earlier this year.
