JLG telehandlers sold in the agricultural market are to be branded as Deutz-Fahr.
This agreement follows JLG’s decision to withdraw the JLG brand from the global telehandler sector and supply its products branded exclusively as Deutz-Fahr.
In terms of marketing, this will mean JLG will be responsible for supplying the Deutz-Fahr dealer network on an exclusive basis with a range of Deutz-Fahr branded telehandlers designed for the agricultural sector. JLG will also provide product and after-sales support.
The agreement, which comes into effect from 1 October 2010, is set to run for 10 years and will involve distribution of the Deutz-Fahr Agrovector 29.6, 29.6 LP and 35.7 models.
