Cheese making back on agenda
FOR the first time in more than 40 years, a cheese show will be included in this years Great Yorkshire Show.
Reflecting growing Yorkshire interest in cheese making, the exhibit, to be held in the new £3m exhibition complex, will feature about 20 classes for all types of cheese. The supermarket chain, Morrisons, has sponsored the event and Hawes-based cheese makers, Wensleydale Dairy Products has provided a prize for the best Yorkshire dairy product on display.
