More normal winter?

More normal winter?
AND here is the weather… The winter will bring normal temperature, wind, and, albeit to a lesser degree of certainty, rainfall, predicts University College Londons department of space and climate physics.
Its forecast is that the North Atlantic Oscillation, a measure of sea surface temperature variation, will be about average for Dec-Feb.
That has proved a reasonably reliable indicator of long-term weather, hence the long-term forecast, says climate physicist Mark Saunders.
