SLF hits back at NFUS allegation of delay
THE Scottish Landowners Federation (SLF) has hit back at allegations that it is delaying negotiations on the reform of landlord-tenant legislation.
The claim that the SLF was stalling on the talks was made earlier this week by the National Farmers Union of Scotland (NFUS).
But SLF director Dr Maurice Hankey said proposals on reform were submitted to the NFUS at the beginning of March.
The NFUS complained in yesterdays paper that the SLF was dragging its feet on reforms.
