IN Warks, Clayson Haselwood is selling Red House Farm, Kineton, for in excess of £700,000. The 169-acre grass farm, available in three lots, features a stone and brick four-bedroomed house and a range of buildings, some of which are in need of repair or renovation.
A 40-acre parcel of land is let on a farm business tenancy until 2004, with a rent of £2800 per year. Selling agent Marcus Blake says the likely buyer will be a non-farmer. "People are already asking me if there are local farmers who would rent the land." *
