ATLANTIS (MESOSULFURON-methyl + iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium) is a key addition to the list of approved products that can either be tank-mixed with or followed by Dow AgroScience’s florasulam-based products Boxer and Starane XL (fluroxypyr + florasulam).

DuPont’s co-formulations of flupyrsulfuron-methyl + picolinafen, DP944 and DP945, have also been added to the already extensive list, says Dow’s cereal herbicide marketing specialist James Knight.

“The new recommendations will allow growers to devise weed control programmes that allow them to couple the outstanding control of cleavers and other broad-leaved weeds offered by Starane XL or Boxer with the grassweed control of other ALS-inhibitor products.” There are no additional following crop restrictions.
