©Tim Scrivener Regenerative food and farming business Wildfarmed has partnered with barista brand Minor Figures to launch a coffee drink made with regeneratively grown British oats.
Barista Oat (Regenerative) is the latest addition to the brand’s signature range, which saw the first organic barista oat on the market and first barista-grade oat powder.
Edd Lees, Wildfarmed co-founder, commented: “We’re proud to be partnering with Minor Figures.”
This is an exciting moment for Wildfarmed, as it’s the first time our oats are being used in plant-based milks.

“Oats are a regenerative powerhouse and a key part of our growers’ rotation – they rebuild soil structure, prevent nutrient loss, support soil biology, and increase resilience.”
James Bucher from Hall Farm, Knettishall in Suffolk is one of the farmers growing Wildfarmed oats and beans together.
“Diversity is what it’s all about, and by farming in this fashion we’ve been able to build a meaningful relationship with Wildfarmed, which leads to exciting partnerships,” he says.
All the oats that go into the product are grown by Wildfarmed growers who focus on farming to deliver positive outcomes for both fields and farmers.
The aim of the approach is to regenerate ecosystems, allowing nature and food production to go hand-in-hand.
