Deadline looms for Next Generation Forum

Young farmers have just one day left to apply to be part of the NFU’s new initiative, the Next Generation Forum.

The closing date is 2 October for the forum, which will bring together members from its teams in the UK and Brussels and give young farmers and growers the chance to give their input on key issues such as the CAP.

The forum will be made up of 16 young people from a range of farming and agricultural sectors, who will take up the post for a two-year fixed-term period.

Successful applicants will be able to develop their personal, networking and business skills and get a thorough understanding of the NFU’s work.
