CONTACT ACTING sugar beet herbicide phenmedipham (PMP) will be available in a new highly concentrated formulation following PSD approval, Makhteshim-Agan has announced.Alpha Phenmedipham 320SC contains 320g/litre PMP compared with 160g/litre found in the current industry standard. Already available in Germany, the product will reduce packaging problems on-farm, points out the firm”s sugar beet specialist Jackie Passey.
