Pollen and Canberra yield better than 04

Essex Farmer Carl Juhl has cut 140ha of Canberra and Pollen oilseed rape which averaged 3.25 – 3.4t/ha. This yield was up on last year and he found no difference between the varieties.

He was pleased the crop was combining dry, and oil content looked promising.

Wheat was looking promising for Mr Juhl, and he hoped to start cutting within three days.
