- The following terms and conditions apply to the Belkar Bundle Facebook competition.
- Entry into the prize draw is free, open to individuals 18+, resident in the UK, who work in the agricultural industry (for example farmers, farm managers, growers, agronomists, sprayers), except for employees of Farmers Weekly and Corteva Agriscience or its holding or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
- All entries must be made from the1st October 2021 and will close midday on Thursday 7th October
- You must enter on Facebook. Entrants must answer the question ‘What key weeds does Belkar herbicide control in oilseed rape?’ By commenting the correct answer using a, b, or c in the comments on the competition post. Three winners will be chosen at random from all correct answers.
- Three winners will be selected On Friday 8th October and announced on the Farmers Weekly Facebook page. The winner must confirm their UK address and email address within 48 hours of Farmers Weekly contacting them to advise that they are the winner. Where a winner chooses not to accept the prize, they forfeit any and all claims to it. No cash alternative is available.
- Farmers Weekly is not responsible for lost, delayed or illegible entries, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, and computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Farmers Weekly and Corteva’s decision is final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- If you are a winner of a prize, you agree that Farmers Weekly and Corteva may use your name to announce the winners of this promotion and for any reasonable and related promotional purposes. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you in connection with this promotion may be held and used by Farmers Weekly and Corteva or its agents and suppliers to administer the promotion and for internal reporting purposes of Corteva Agriscience. - If you are the winner of the prize, Corteva will contact you directly to check your size for the Rab gilet. Delivery timing of the prize will be confirmed directly by Corteva. Prize queries can be directed to events@corteva.com.
- Farmers Weekly and Corteva reserves the right to cancel the competitions or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
