Commercial farm on offer in Rutland

The retirement of the tenant prompts the sale of Ingthorpe Farm, Rutland, in three lots. West of Stamford and the A1, the 179ha (442-acre) holding is all arable but for 20 acres of grassland. It has a five-bedroom house and one of the lots includes an airstrip.

“It’s very rare for a good commercial farm of this size to come to the market in Rutland,” said Strutt & Parker’s Will Parry. There is a decent range of modern buildings at Ingthorpe, including 400t of grain storage and the farm has recently entered an HLS agreement.
