Holderness arable unit is a rare chance
Manor Farm, Little Hatfield, is one of very few farms to come onto the market in the Holderness area of East Yorkshire in recent years.
This commercial arable farm is almost 234ha (583 acres) and lies just 13 miles from Hull. It has a well-presented detached five-bedroom farmhouse and almost 2,000t of grain storage and drying facilities.
A good range of traditional and further modern buildings include several general-purpose sheds. Manor Farm is mainly grade 3, with some grade 2 land, of Holderness and Holme Moor Deep series soils.
Mark Caley of Leonards is looking for offers of more than ÂŁ4.5m for Manor Farm, which comes to the market through retirement and includes single farm payment entitlements.
The land is for a sale as a whole or in two lots of almost 374 acres and 209 acres by informal tender, with best and final offers to be submitted by 12 noon on 29 June. (Leonards 01482 375 212)
