A second wave of mixed farms are for sale following the 1,600 acres to let released on to the market last week.
A 417-acre dairy farm and two blocks of land have been lotted in the sale of Hall Place near Tonbridge in Kent.
Leigh Park Farm and a 126-acre block of arable and pasture are let under an AHA tenancy, while an 85-acre lot is covered by an FBT.
