A block of 72ha (177 acres) of land at Shipton-On-Cherwell in Oxfordshire is for sale as a whole or in four lots through Chesterton Humberts.
It includes 141 acres of arable land and 36 acres of pasture and watermeadows. The largest lot of almost 83 acres is all arable but for seven acres of woodland borders and carries a guide price of £630,000 (£7,590/acre).
This and a 58-acre lot have good road access, are both grade 3, well-drained, brashy loam over limestone, with the 58-acre lot in oilseed rape and at a guide price of £450,000 (£7,759/acre).
A further lot of almost 28 acres of pasture land runs alongside the River Cherwell and has a £165,000 guide price, while the final lot of almost eight acres of amenity and productive pasture bordering the River Cherwell and the Oxford Canal is at £70,000.
