The application window for farmers in England to apply for the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) will open on 13 March.
Defra has also revealed that farmers will be able to apply to the Countryside Stewardship Scheme from 18 February.
As is customary, farmers need to have applied for BPS by 15 May if they want to avoid late penalties.
This date is also the deadline for any entitlement transfers and for any young and new farmer applications.
The deadline for requesting applications packs for higher-tier Countryside Stewardship is 31 March and for mid-tier 31 May.
Mid-tier applications must be completed by 31 July, but high-tier submissions have an earlier deadline of 3 May.
Producers wishing to make an application under the Hedgerow and Boundaries Scheme also have from 18 February through to 3 May.
