Farmplan launch sfp software
NEW SOFTWARE to help farmers complete the single farm payment scheme has been launched by FARMERS WEEKLY’s sister company Farmplan Computer Systems.
The Single Payment Scheme Planner program allows producers in England to calculate their total entitlements on the basis of eligible land.
After establishing entitlements, the program, which is approved by the Rural Payments Agency, helps users to complete the 2005 IACS (SP5) form.
“The program is simple to operate and allows you to enter the information required in a similar way to the IACS form”, said the company’s managing director Neil Unitt
“If you are starting from scratch there’s a certain amount of setting up to be done but we have made the process easier by adding most of the crops and non-food crops that you may need along with their land use codes.”
Software advice is available from Farmplan’s Adviceline and on screen.
Existing users of the Farmplan IACS Planner program has already received the new program and can transfer existing data into the program automatically without re-entering the field of 2005 cropping data.
SPS Planner costs ÂŁ145 including 12 months software support. For more information telephone 01594 545000 or by email (enquire@farmplan.co.uk).
