Three farms of the same size, all with heavy residential elements, will come to the market shortly in a wide price range.

Farms rarely come up for sale in the Tyne Valley so the launch of Todridge Farm at Great Whittington near Corbridge will be welcomed. This stock farm is all permanent pasture and has about 350 acres of Grade 3 land in a ring fence.

At just about double the price of Liscombe Farm, Savills is offering a 352-acre holding on the Gloucestershire/Warwickshire border.
